The outstanding feature of this shop is its abundant NSX stock. More than 10 are always on display, so both serious buyers and people who are merely curious should visit. MES also works with Ritmo, known for NSX tuning, and offers many original NSX parts.

Besides NSXs, its inventory of more than 300 cars includes sports models such as the S15, S14 and FD3S. Drift-car buyers are welcomed at the main shop and a second location a short drive away. A distinctive event is the MES Festival: held three times a year, it reportedly attracts 400 cars over two days.

Customers who bought their cars here receive free oil and oil-change labor on those days. You can see that this is a friendly shop that cares about after-sales service…

…are planned. Here is big news: the shop is recruiting testers for this body kit! Applicants need to demonstrate driving exciting enough to impress Matsuda, who is himself an active drifter .

Those who think they qualify should get in touch. There is also a paint booth for full resprays, starting at an inexpensive ¥80,000. For drivers on especially tight budgets, an ‘Economy Paint’ course omits body repairs, parts removal/refitting and painting unseen areas; it costs ¥69,800.

Original parts such as clutches are also popular, with regular campaigns. The August–September special is the reinforced transmission mount at ¥9,800 fitted. Original clutches start at ¥29,800 for non-asbestos versions and ¥36,300 for metal versions, with ¥20,000 installation labor.

More than 300 cars in stock, with a focus on sports cars!

…can't you?

MES is short for ‘M Engine Service’ , and the shop has long specialized in engine maintenance. It also has its own bodywork and paint department, so the used cars it sells are in good condition, and it can modify a purchased car to your wishes.

This 1991 NSX has covered 38,000 km. With leather seats, wheels and other equipment, it costs ¥4.5 million. NSXs are relatively scarce, but MES lets you compare several before choosing.

We take pride in our friendly atmosphere and after-sales support!

S15s and S14s are also popular. This one-owner 1999 S15, with service records and 51,000 km, costs ¥1,699,000. It has a full body kit, wheels, an aftermarket exhaust and more…

There are also plenty of original NSX parts developed with Ritmo. A sports catalytic converter costs ¥155,400. The front bumper costs ¥141,750, or ¥183,750 with canards. Canards alone are ¥62,790, and side skirts are ¥102,900.

This newly released body kit also appears in Drift Tengoku's advertisements. It has a fresh design. Two front bumpers, differing in grille shape, are offered at ¥31,290. Side skirts and rear bumpers cost ¥29,400.

The original reinforced transmission mount is offered as a campaign special at ¥9,800 including installation. Multi-link spacers are available in urethane and aluminum, from ¥9,800…

…to ¥12,800.

Saurus Japan handles used-car sales, full resprays, bodywork and original parts. Its proximity to a well-known street-driving port area means most customers…

…are drifters.

The latest news is the completion of the original body kit. With a distinctive new design, the Pro Spec brand starts with an S15 kit. S14 and 180SX versions are planned…
