Shorter travel allows short springs and an exhaust routed below the axle. New valve construction and continuous adjustment expand the setting range. Adjustment is on the top of the rod; the supplied dial makes changes easy at night or in poor weather.
Most existing short stroke dampers can be replaced; see the dimensional diagram. Complete car, front only and rear only sets are offered. AE86 specific spacers and urethane bushes are available as options.
